Saturday, September 18: Crayfish Party at Skibo. Saturday morning will likely be a Forest Service chainsaw re-certification day in preparation for Trail Clearing Weekend. 2 PM: Board Meeting in the Living Room.
Wednesday October 6: Annual Meeting, Location TBD., Annual Dues will be due on this date.
November 7 (tentative): Trail Clearing Weekend
December 5, 2010: Christmas Party at the Westport Women's Club.
Please note, for race weekends, event participants have preference when booking rooms.
